19.2. These Terms will still apply even after any suspension or termination of your access to the Site.

20. Legal Jurisdiction and Arbitration Agreement

20.1. Any disputes between you and Benefits Blueprints, excluding intellectual property rights issues, will be governed by Arizona law, regardless of where you're from or access the Site.

20.2. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, in English, following the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitrator has exclusive authority over these disputes.

20.3. For enforcing these Terms, either party can seek preliminary injunctive relief in Phoenix, Arizona's Circuit Court.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Benefits Blueprints regarding the use of this Site and supersede all prior agreements. Changes to these Terms can only be made as outlined in Section 2.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to closely match the original intent. The rest of the Terms will remain effective.
